HOW TO USE

• DR-8038 Antifoam is Composed of various substances.Probably this produc t stratify or there are deposits after long placed and it is normal phenomenon. It is suggested that the customer stir it evenly before using and it does not affect the the performance of product(the speed of stirring is between 30rpm to 60rpm).
• This product can't be diluted with water. If it is diluted with water, this product may appear stratified, finally lead to the cost increase,DERUN company accepts no responsibility.
• It is suggested that the product is added in the place where the defoamer is easy to disperse easily. Specific application method is as follows:

Building paint: The product is added to the paint as inhibit component. It
Can be added in batches in the grinding stage and paint mixing stage or all added in the last stage. The recommended dosage is between 0.1 to 0.5% for the total amount of formula.
Water-based ink: add the product in the making process of the ink, the The recommended dosage is between 0.1 to 1% for the total amount of formula.
Water-based adhesive: add the product in the making process of adhesive. The recommended dosage is between 0.1 to 0.5% for the total amount of formula. Paper coating: Add the product in the making process of the paper coating.The
recommended dosage is between 0.1%-0.5% for the total amount of formula.
PACKAGE AND STORAGE

The product is available in 25-kg, 50-kg, 200-kg plastic buckets; sizes can be customized according to special requirements. This product can be stored as a normal chemical, away from heat sources and direct sunlight. Don't add acid, alkali, or salt to this product. Ensure the container is sealed after using.This product may freeze under 0ºC (32ºF); if this happens, stir well after defrosting the defoamer at a rate of 30 to 60 rpm. In these cases, stirring will not affect the performance of the product if carried out at the recommended speed. When stored between 5 and 40ºC (41-104ºF) in the original unopened containers, the product is usable 6 months from the date of manufacture.
