Maruti Suzuki Ertiga modified into Sports Edition with custom body kit [Video]

The Maruti Suzuki India Ertiga is one of the most successful MPVs in India. It is also one of the most popular models in the Maruti Suzuki India line up, and its demand is only growing. However, the MPV in its base trims comes pretty much as bare bones and does not offer as many features. So, what the buyers of these base trim Ertigas are doing is going to aftermarket modification shops and getting them fully customized. Recently, a video of one such modified Maruti Suzuki Ertiga was shared online. This particular model has been transformed into a Sports Edition model with the use of a ton of sporty-looking accessories and mods.

The video of this highly modified Maruti Suzuki Ertiga Sports Edition has been shared on YouTube by Vig Auto Accessories. The shop over the years has become one of the most well-known shops for the modification of the Maruti Suzuki Ertiga MPV and other popular cars available in the country. The presenter, before showing all the modifications, mentions that to create such beautifully modified cars, they have spent a ton of time perfecting this craft. He added that a lot of research and trial and error has gone into making such amazingly looking modified Maruti Suzuki Ertigas.

After this, the presenter then starts off with the list of exterior modifications of this particular Ertiga. He mentions that on the side profile of this car, they have added a set of all-new N-Line 16-inch alloy wheels and newer low-profile tires for the car. The presenter mentions that the company offers this variant of the Ertiga with only 15-inch rims and tires. However, the 16-inch wheels and tires add to the overall sportiness of the car.

Next up, the presenter adds that one of the main highlights of this modified Ertiga is the Indonesian body kit which they have added. He first shows the side skirts of the car and mentions that with just this body kit alone, the overall design of this car has improved a lot. He added that it did not need other garnishes to make it look distinct. Next up, he mentions that they have also added custom crystal LED headlights with BMW-like LED DRLs. He also shows the replaced custom grille which he mentions is a separate unit and not a stick-on grille. He also adds that they have added LED projector lights on the fog lamp housing as well. Lastly, on the front, he shows the much more aggressive lower splitter which is a part of the body kit.

Following this, he then shows the rear profile of the car and states that they have also added a rear roof spoiler. Next up, he mentions that they have also given this car a set of 6-piece infinity rear LED taillights. The presenter also mentions that as this is the VXI variant of the Ertiga, it does not come with a chrome strip in the rear, but they have added that as well. He also shows the rear part of the custom Indonesian body kit as well.

After the rear end, the presenter then shows the interior of the car which has been fully customized by them. He opens the doors of the car and mentions that they have added champagne gold-colored leatherette seat covers along with floor mats finished in the same color as well. Moving on, he adds that they have also given the car’s headliner a transformation with black leather. He then shows the dashboard of the car and mentions that it has also been leather-wrapped by them. Additionally, he adds that they have also given this car a custom D-cut leather-wrapped steering wheel. Lastly, he shows the Onkyo 10.1-inch 8-core touchscreen infotainment screen added by them.
